Lifestyle apparel brand Tommy John wanted to seize the moment to support the New York Knicks during the playoffs.


The brand has a partnership with The Roommates Show, a podcast hosted by two Knicks players, Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart. As a New York City-based company, Tommy John wanted to show their support for the Knicks and leverage this exciting time.


For about a week, Tommy John’s digital billboards will run outside Madison Square Garden/Penn Station. The PJX team quickly moved to source and secure the OOH media, and get the advertisements live asap in time for the weekend.

The placement and timing of this activation has paid off. Over the weekend, when the Knicks won one of their playoff games against the Boston Celtics, passionate fans gathered outside of MSG.
